Although 2oo5 was the centennial of Norway`s full independence, the country`s consititution dates back further. it was, in fact , adopted at Eidsovoll on the 17th of may 1814. The celebrations commemorating this event centr around the children, with the school bands leading processions of children waving flags all over Norway.medium_Bilde_491.jpg

The 17th of may celebrations vary from place to place, but usually follow a traditional pattern that makes this a children``s day. The highlight is the children`s processions, made up of school bands . Most of the children have their own small norwegian flag to wave , and the route is lined with enthusianstic onlookers. After the procession there are games, entertianments and films shows, and party of hot dogs and ice cream.

FRIENDS COME AND GO..

THERE IS NOTHING NICE AS SOME ONE SHARES , YOUR LAUGHTERS, SECRETES, WISHES AND CARES,

SOME ONE WHO IS THERE THROUGH YOUR TIMES AND TEARS , WHO STAYS BY YOUR SIDE AS YOUR FRIEND

THROUHG THE YEARS.

FRIENDSHIP IS LIKE THE BREEZE THAT YOU CANT HOLD IT.

SMELL IT

TASTE IT

OR KNOW WHEN ITS COMING BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS KNOW ITS THERE,

IT MAY COME AND THEN GO BUT YOU CAN KNOW IT WILL ALWAYS BE BACK

IF I COULD HAVE JUST ONE WISH, I WOULD WISH TO WAKE UP EVERY DAY TO THE SOUND OF UR BREATH ON

MY NECK , THE WARMTH OF UR LIPS ON MY CHEEK, THE TOUCH OF UR HEART BEATING WITH MINE

KNOWING THAT I COULD NEVER FIND THAT FEELING WITH OUT ONE THAN YOU

FRIENDS COME AND FRIEND WILL GO ,

THE SEASON CHANGE AND IT WILL SHOW , I WILL AGE AND SO WILL YOU,

BUT OUR FRIENDSHIP STAYS STRONG AND TRUE.
